- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using the website www.gpeptide.com (the “Website”), purchasing products, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with Gpeptide, Inc. (“Company,” “Seller,” “We,” “Us,” or “Gpeptide”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms supersede all previous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. Your use of this Website and any purchase of products is at your sole risk.
- RESEARCH USE ONLY DECLARATION – MANDATORY
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY GPEPTIDE ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
Products are strictly intended for use by qualified professionals in controlled laboratory environments and are NOT intended for, and may NOT be used for:
- Human consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, smoking, or any form of human administration or use
- Animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or any form of animal use or administration
- Clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive, curative, or medical purposes
- Cosmetic use
- Dietary, supplement, or food purposes
- In vivo research or animal model testing
- Recreational use
- Human-based research of any kind
- Any purpose other than legitimate in-vitro laboratory research
2.2 What These Products Are NOT
These products are NOT:
- Drugs, medications, pharmaceuticals, or medications approved by any regulatory body
- Dietary supplements, food additives, or food products
- Cosmetics or beauty products
- Medical devices or approved medical treatments
- Evaluated, approved, or regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or any use in diagnosing, treating, curing, preventing, or mitigating any disease or condition in humans or animals
- Intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, prevent, or manage any disease, condition, or medical state in humans or animals
- Safe, appropriate, or effective for any human or animal use outside of in-vitro laboratory research
2.3 Not a Compounding Pharmacy or Clinical Facility
Gpeptide is a research chemical distributor only. We are NOT a compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, or clinical provider as defined under federal law. We do not compound, formulate, prepare, or dispense products for patient use, clinical administration, or human consumption.
- BUYER QUALIFICATIONS AND MANDATORY REPRESENTATIONS
By purchasing from Gpeptide, you represent, warrant, and certify the following:
3.1 Age Requirement (Mandatory)
- You are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
- If you are under 21, you must not use the Website or purchase any products.
- You acknowledge that you must be 21+ to access and purchase from this site.
3.2 Qualified Personnel Only (Mandatory)
All products purchased will be handled, stored, and used ONLY by qualified, properly trained research or laboratory professionals with appropriate scientific credentials and training in:
- Laboratory safety protocols and chemical safety practices
- Proper chemical handling, storage, and containment
- Understanding of Hazard Data Sheets (SDS) and safety procedures
- In-vitro research methodologies
- Applicable federal and state regulations
“Qualified personnel” means individuals with:
- Documented training in laboratory safety and chemical handling, AND
- Affiliation with a legitimate research institution, university, biotechnology company, pharmaceutical company, clinical laboratory, or similar research-based facility; OR
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, life sciences, pharmacology, biochemistry, or related field) and active engagement in legitimate in-vitro research
3.3 Institutional Affiliation Warranty (Mandatory)
You represent and warrant that you are EITHER:
- Affiliated with and authorized by a legitimate research facility, university, biotechnology company, pharmaceutical company, clinical laboratory, or other bona fide research institution; OR
- A credentialed research professional holding at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and conducting legitimate in-vitro research for educational or professional purposes
3.4 Compliance with All Laws (Mandatory)
You represent and warrant that:
- All products will be purchased, stored, handled, and used in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- You are authorized and licensed under applicable laws in your jurisdiction to purchase and use these products
- You assume all responsibility and liability for ensuring that products are legally permitted for in-vitro research use in your jurisdiction
- You will not violate any laws or regulations in connection with the purchase, possession, storage, or use of products
- You will not attempt to circumvent, disguise, or misrepresent the lawful use of products
- ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
4.1 You Shall NOT (Absolute Restrictions)
By purchasing, you agree that you will NOT, directly or indirectly:
- Use, sell, resell, redistribute, market, supply, or distribute products to any third party without prior written authorization from Gpeptide
- Use products for human or animal medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or veterinary purposes
- Use products for cosmetic, dietary, supplement, or food purposes
- Encourage, instruct, guide, advise, or suggest to any person that they use products for any non-research purpose
- Claim or represent that products have medical efficacy, therapeutic benefit, health outcomes, or any human use
- Sell or supply products to healthcare practitioners, clinics, medical spas, wellness centers, doctors, nurses, or any medical or healthcare provider for patient administration or use
- Advertise, market, promote, or publicly display products for human or animal use or consumption
- Combine products with other ingredients, solvents, or formulations for human or animal use
- Use products in any manner that would convert them into unapproved drugs, unauthorized medical treatments, or therapeutic agents
- Misrepresent the intended use of products to Gpeptide, regulators, or other parties
- Engage in any conduct that suggests products are for human use or consumption
4.2 Resale and Redistribution Absolute Prohibition
Products are for your own in-house laboratory research use only. Resale and redistribution are strictly prohibited. If you are a licensed healthcare provider, clinic, research institution, or medical facility seeking bulk quantities for legitimate in-vitro research, you must apply for a provider account and be explicitly approved by Gpeptide. Provider approval is at Gpeptide’s sole discretion and is conditioned on strict compliance with all terms and applicable laws. Misuse of a provider account will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION, SPECIFICATIONS, AND BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 You Are Responsible for Verification
Gpeptide makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate product specifications, purity data, and test results (Certificates of Analysis). However, Buyer is solely responsible for:
- Verifying the appropriateness and safety of products for their intended in-vitro research use
- Reviewing and understanding the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and all handling instructions before use
- Conducting any additional research, testing, or verification necessary to confirm suitability for their specific research application
- Ensuring proper storage, handling, use, and disposal in accordance with label instructions, SDS guidance, and all applicable laws
5.2 Storage and Handling Responsibility
Products must be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the product label and Safety Data Sheet. Improper storage, handling, or use may compromise product integrity. Gpeptide is not responsible for product degradation due to improper handling, storage, or use by Buyer.
5.3 Hazard and Safety Responsibility
Buyer assumes full responsibility for:
- Understanding all hazards associated with products as detailed in the SDS
- Implementing appropriate safety measures, engineering controls, and containment
- Training all personnel on hazard recognition and safe handling practices
- Ensuring use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable safety regulations
- Proper disposal of products and related waste in accordance with environmental and hazardous waste regulations
- Any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from product use
- LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
Gpeptide makes NO warranties regarding:
- Merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Accuracy of specifications, purity, or product descriptions
- Freedom from defects, errors, contaminants, or hazards
- Shelf life, stability, or potency
- Safety for any use outside of in-vitro laboratory research
- Performance or suitability for any application
6.2 Quality Assurance Limitation
While Gpeptide partners with a U.S.-based manufacturer and strives to provide high-quality products, the provision of a Certificate of Analysis or test results does NOT constitute a warranty or representation regarding any use outside of laboratory in-vitro research.
6.3 Disclaimer of Medical and Therapeutic Warranty
Gpeptide expressly and absolutely disclaims any warranty that products are safe, appropriate, effective, or approved for any human use, animal use, medical application, therapeutic purpose, or diagnostic use.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
7.1 You Assume All Risk
Gpeptide shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from:
- Misuse, improper handling, or storage of products
- Use of products in violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Unauthorized use, resale, redistribution, or marketing of products
- Use of products by unqualified or untrained personnel
- Combining products with other substances
- Any application of products outside of in-vitro laboratory research
- Negligence, abuse, accident, or any other unforeseen matter
- Regulatory enforcement actions, fines, or civil liability arising from your use
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE, RECEIPT, STORAGE, HANDLING, AND USE OF PRODUCTS.
7.2 Cap on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Gpeptide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption
- Gpeptide’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, your use of the Website, or your use of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) that is the subject of the claim
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; if applicable law restricts this limitation, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
7.3 Indemnification – You Hold Gpeptide Harmless
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gpeptide and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or related to:
- Your use, misuse, or possession of products
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your breach of any representation or warranty made herein
- Injury to any person or damage to any property caused by your use or misuse of products
- Any regulatory enforcement action, investigation, or claim related to your purchase or use
- Your unauthorized resale, redistribution, or marketing of products
- Any allegation or claim that you used products for any purpose other than legitimate in-vitro laboratory research
- Your violation of third-party rights or intellectual property
- CHECKOUT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND MANDATORY AGREEMENTS

8.1 You Are 21+ and Qualified
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You have read, understood, and agree to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions
- You understand that all products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only
- You understand that products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any human, animal, therapeutic, or medical use
- You are a qualified research professional or are authorized by a qualified research institution
- You will not use products for any human or animal purpose
8.2 Mandatory Research-Only Attestation
- You acknowledge that these products are for research use only and are NOT for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, or any use outside a legitimate laboratory environment
- You will not use, sell, distribute, or represent products as approved, safe, or effective for any human or animal use
- You understand that misrepresenting or misusing products may violate federal and state law and may result in legal liability, regulatory enforcement, and criminal penalties
8.3 Assumption of Risk and Release
- You release and hold harmless Gpeptide from any claims arising from your use or misuse of products
- You assume all risks and liabilities associated with product purchase, storage, handling, and use
- You understand that Gpeptide is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from your use of products
8.4 Agreement to Indemnify
- You agree to indemnify and hold Gpeptide harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your use, misuse, or misrepresentation of products
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gpeptide or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without prior written permission from Gpeptide.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Infringe on any intellectual property or other rights of Gpeptide or third parties
- Post, upload, or transmit harmful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Website without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
- PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Website is governed by Gpeptide’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We collect only information necessary to process your order and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not sell, rent, or loan your information to third parties without your explicit consent.
- SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND STATE RESTRICTIONS
12.1 Shipping and Handling
Gpeptide ships products via temperature-controlled courier services to ensure product integrity. Products are shipped at Buyer’s risk once they leave our facility. Buyer is responsible for verifying receipt and condition upon delivery. Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier within the timeframe specified on the shipping label.
12.2 State and International Restrictions
Due to varying state and international regulations governing research chemicals and peptides, Gpeptide reserves the right to restrict shipments to certain states or countries. A list of restricted jurisdictions is available on the Website. If your jurisdiction is restricted, you may not purchase products. Attempting to circumvent shipping restrictions may result in order cancellation and account termination.
12.3 Risk of Loss Transfers at Delivery
Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Gpeptide is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, delayed, or intercepted during transit.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND NO-RETURN POLICY
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
13.1 No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, partially used, or tampered with CANNOT be returned or refunded due to integrity, safety, and regulatory concerns. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its handling, storage, or integrity.
13.2 Returns for Shipping Damage Only
If you receive a product that is visibly defective or damaged upon delivery, you must:
- Document the damage with clear photos
- Notify Gpeptide within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and tracking number
- File a claim with the shipping carrier in parallel
Gpeptide may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement product or refund after investigation and verification of carrier responsibility. Refunds do not apply to claims outside the 48-hour window.
13.3 Sealed Product Returns (Limited Exception)
Returns of sealed, unopened products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product was damaged in shipping and a carrier claim has been filed. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of Buyer unless Gpeptide determines the product was defective at manufacture.
13.4 No Shelf Life Warranty
Gpeptide does not warrant the shelf life of products beyond the expiration date printed on the label. Storage conditions impact stability; improper storage may shorten shelf life. Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying product viability before use.
- PROVIDER ACCOUNTS AND B2B TERMS
14.1 Provider Application
Healthcare providers, clinics, research institutions, laboratories, and other facilities may apply for a provider account to access bulk pricing and exclusive information. Provider status is subject to:
- Submission of proof of active license (medical, laboratory, pharmacy, or other applicable credential)
- Verification of business address, contact information, and affiliation
- Acceptance of Gpeptide’s provider agreement
- Approval by Gpeptide in its sole discretion (approval may be denied for any reason)
14.2 Provider Use Restrictions – Absolute
Provider accounts are ONLY for in-house in-vitro laboratory research use by qualified personnel at your facility. Providers shall NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or supply products to patients, customers, or any third party for human administration, injection, consumption, or use
- Represent products as approved, safe, or effective for human or animal use
- Bundle products with services or treatments marketed to patients
- Use products in any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical capacity outside of legitimate research protocols
- Suggest, imply, or advertise that products are approved or appropriate for patient use
Violation of provider terms will result in immediate account termination, cancellation of provider pricing, potential legal action, and referral to regulatory authorities.
14.3 Minimum Order Requirements
Provider accounts may be subject to minimum quarterly order volumes. Gpeptide reserves the right to suspend or terminate provider accounts that do not meet minimum requirements or that violate the terms of this agreement.
- MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND PRODUCTS
15.1 Term Modifications
Gpeptide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Significant modifications will be communicated via email to registered account holders.
15.2 Product Discontinuation
Gpeptide reserves the right to discontinue products, modify product specifications, or change product availability at any time without notice. Gpeptide is not responsible for any claims arising from product discontinuation or modification.
- ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Gpeptide may terminate your account or refuse service at any time, in its sole discretion, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- You use products in violation of applicable law
- You misrepresent your qualifications, affiliation, or intended use
- You resell, redistribute, or market products without authorization
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct
- You pose a legal, safety, or regulatory risk to Gpeptide or others
- You attempt to circumvent these Terms or our policies
- We receive complaints or evidence of product misuse
- You fail to comply with provider account restrictions
Upon termination, your right to use the Website and purchase products immediately ceases. All provider pricing and account privileges are revoked.
- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
17.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.
17.3 Arbitration (Optional Alternative)
If either party prefers arbitration, any dispute arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.
17.4 Attorneys’ Fees
If any legal action or arbitration is necessary to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gpeptide regarding your use of the Website and the purchase of products. These Terms supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
