Returns & Exchanges

All products are intended for research purposes only and are non-consumable.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for opened or used items.
• If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate and, if approved, issue a replacement.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, for any replacement or credit consideration.

Damaged Shipments

• Inspect all packages upon delivery.
• Report any damage or shipping issues immediately to ensure timely resolution.
• The seller is not responsible for damage caused by carriers after delivery.
